This document constitutes the Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) of Flight Systems Industrial Products, (herein referred to as FSIP) which is made available to you (hereinafter the “Holder”) prior to the obtainment and processing of your personal data (hereinafter “Data”).
This privacy policy governs the processing of your personal data as part of your visit to our website https://www.fsip.biz (hereinafter: “Website”), your communication with us via e-mail, telephone, fax and social media (hereinafter: “Social Media Channels”; e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Whatsapp, Vimeo, etc.) and any order or purchase via our webshop (hereinafter: “Webshop”; www.shop.fsip.biz)
FSIP recognizes the importance of legitimate, controlled and informed processing of the Data and makes this Privacy Policy available to you, in order for you to learn FSIP’s practices to obtain, use, store, and, in general, process your Data, in accordance with the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection held by Private Parties.
FSIP is committed to respecting the privacy of our members. We strive to provide a safe, secure user experience and this Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to Website.
I. Purpose
This Privacy Policy regulates the form, terms and conditions pursuant to which FSIP, including its subsidiaries and related companies, are empowered and authorized by the Holder to obtain process and transfer Holder’s personal data.

b) In the event that this Privacy Policy is available through audio, visual or through any other technology media, the sole fact that Holder provided its Data constitutes a consent manifestation so that FSIP may perform the processing of Holder’s Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
c) In the event that this Privacy Policy is available in writing, Holder’s signature, rubric, name or fingerprint, constitutes a consent manifestation so that FSIP may perform the processing of Holder’s Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
d) All information Holder may provide will be accurate and complete. The Holder shall be responsible at all times for the Data provided.
e) In the event Holder notice any legend containing information related to this Privacy Policy and Holder continues the process of providing its Data, filling any database, or any other similar activity will be considered automatically that Holder accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
III. Personal Data Collection of Information
In the course of delivering these services to our members this FSIP website collects personal or combined personal and demographic data on pages where you can register for an account as well as part of member’s only pages where members maintain their profiles. The Data that may be provided to FSIP by you includes but not limited to:
a) Identification Data: We collect name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, contact information other than and any other information from which your identity is discernible.
b) Demographic Data: We also collect demographic information that is not unique to you such as your State, ZIP code and preferences.

All Holder information and Data that FSIP collects may be combined for the purposes permitted under this Privacy Policy.
Whenever you use our Website, Webshop and Social Media Channels, we collect:
- Information concerning your browsing behavior, such as how long you visit, what links you click on, what pages you visit and how many times you visit a page.
- Technical information associated with the device you use, such as your IP address, browser type, geographical location and operating system;
When you fill out the contact form on our Website, use the chat function or contact us via e-mail, telephone, fax or Social Media Channels, we collect:
- Any other personal data you choose to provide to us
- Publicly available information of your profile on Social Media Channels;
- Your preferences regarding receiving our e-mail communications, such as newsletters, promotions, advertisements, etc., if you have chosen to receive such communications and you have indicated your preferences in the Preference Center.

When you place an order on our Webshop, as customer or supplier, we collect:

All of the personal data listed above, we receive directly from you. It may happen that we receive additional information about your preferences and surfing behavior from partners such as Google, Facebook, Yandex and AddThis/Oracle. IV. Sensitive Data
The Holder declares under oath to tell the truth, that has not provided and will never provide FSIP with “sensitive personal data”, i.e. those intimate personal data or Data which its due or undue use, may result in discrimination or involves a serious risk for the Holder.
In particular, the Holder agrees not to provide FSIP any Data regarding racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, labor union affiliation, political opinions or sexual preference.
V. Use of Data
Your Data will be used to perform ordinary commerce functions related to FSIP’s business, as well as all activities and procedures that may arise from the relationship that may be established between FSIP and you. We process your personal data for several different purposes: to provide, improve and develop services; for marketing purposes; to inform third parties; because we are legally required to do so or to detect if you use our Website, Webshop, Social Media Channels or other communication channels in any way that may harm FSIP or someone else, or is illegal.

f) FSIP may process your personal data for the preservation of the legitimate interests of FSIP, its partners or a third party if and when your registration with or use of the Website, Webshop, Social Media Channels or other communication channels can be considered (a) a violation of any applicable terms of use or the intellectual property rights or any other right of a third party, (b) a threat to the security or integrity of the Website, Webshop, Social Media Channels or other communication channels, (c) a danger to the Website, Webshop, Social Media Channels or other communication channels or any of FSIP’s or its subcontractors’ underlying systems due to viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, malware or any other form of malicious code, or (d) in any way hateful, obscene, discriminating, racist, slanderous, spiteful, hurtful or in some other way inappropriate or illegal.
g) Management of surveys, investigations and analysis:
We may use your contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates and new or improved service offers on FSIP’s website as well to contact you about your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered. Data may be used internally for data analysis and research.
h) Management of subscription services and sending of commercial and/or marketing messages:
FSIP website provides ability to submit feedback. Any feedback you submit becomes our property, and we can use such feedback (such as success stories) for marketing purposes or to contact you for additional information pertaining to your feedback.
i) To comply with legal obligations or to comply with any reasonable request from prominent law enforcement agents or representatives, judicial authorities, governmental agencies or bodies, including competent data protection authorities.
Your personal data may be transferred upon FSIP’s own initiative to the police or the judicial authorities as evidence or if there are justified suspicions of an unlawful act or crime committed by you through your registration with or use of the Website, Webshop, our Social Media Channels or other communication with us.
j) FSIP may be required to collect and transfer your personal data to the financial institution or payment service provider to allow your financial institution and the payment service provider to comply with their legal obligations, such as obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation.

VI. Storage, disclosure and transfer of Data
Data can be transferred, stored and processed in a different country from the country where such Data was provided, in which case FSIP will transfer the information in accordance with the applicable laws on data protection.
The Holder understands and agrees that FSIP is authorized to use, store, disclose, and transfer the Data. FSIP does not sell your personal, demographic or site use information to any third parties. Our general approach is that we do not share your personal with third parties unless you consent to it. However, sometimes it is unavoidable that third parties receive your personal data. Social media providers, financial institutions, payment service providers, cloud providers, service providers that help us with the maintenance of our Website and Webshop and entities within FSIP may receive and process your personal data in some circumstances.
Do Not Track Signals from User’s Browser
Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and are stored on your device’s hard drive. FSIP uses cookies for the sole purpose of providing auto-logon capabilities when returning to the FSIP website.
This FSIP website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytics tool offered by Google Inc. that generates detailed statistics about a website’s traffic and traffic sources. FSIP uses Google Analytics for statistical reasons, e.g. to measure how many users have clicked certain product information. Google Analytics uses cookies to obtain information about your use of our website, including your IP address. The information collected by Google Analytics will be transferred to Google Inc. in the United States of America. You may opt out of Google Analytics by changing your browser settings.
Transfer of Data
Information you provide is transferred over an encrypted connection. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be secure. Data transmission is at your own risk. FSIP endeavors to protect the transfer of your information but cannot guarantee against, and will not be liable for, disclosure due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, FSIP will not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You understand, however, that if you use our Social Media Channels, your personal data is also processed by the social media providers. If you purchase anything via our Webshop, a financial institution or payment service provider may also receive your personal data in order to provide their services.
Examples of how we may disclose data for legal reasons include:

Storage of Information
FSIP will store information you provide for the time necessary to respond to your request or otherwise in compliance with FSIP’s retention policies. FSIP does not see full credit card information on credit card transactions. The last four (4) digits of the credit card and expiration date are kept as a record of the transaction and to provide credit card related services. FSIP takes precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse through administrative, technical, and physical measures.
VIII. Data Excluded
This FSIP website may contain links to other sites, such as FSIP dealers and affiliates. If you access those links, you will leave FSIP’s website; therefore, FSIP will not assume any responsibility with respect to such other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such other sites. FSIP is not responsible for the privacy practices of any such other sites.
If you post, comment or share personal information, including photographs, in any public forum, social network, blog or other forum of a similar nature, you should be aware that any personal information you publish can be read, seen, collected or used by other users of said forums, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages or for purposes that neither you nor FSIP can control.
IX. Confidentiality
FSIP will not disclose Data to unauthorized third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or by an authority order.
X. Access and Correction (Changing of Information)
The Holder shall have the right to access to its personal information stored in FSIP database and rectify, limit or update it when required, for which must send a written request by courier or email to the following address:

XI. Modifications
FSIP reserves the right to perform at any time, modifications to the current privacy policies and adapt them to new legislation, case law and business practice. If the policy is changed in a material way, a notice will be posted on the FSIP website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
FSIP reserves the right to modify, change or amend the Privacy Policy at its own discretion and from time to time. Such modification, change or amendment shall be communicated via the Website. If you do not accept the modifications, changes or amendments, you are to inform us by sending an e-mail to customerservice@fsip.biz. If we do not receive such an e-mail from you within three (3) business days after the changes to the Privacy Policy have been announced on our Website, you will be deemed to have accepted unambiguously all such changes.
This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time, in order to ensure that it remains accurate and in line with legislation. The Holder agrees that any changes to this Privacy Policy or privacy policies will be notified through its publication on the website: www.shop.fsip.biz. It is the Holder’s obligation to periodically visit said website to verify the most current version of the Privacy Policy.
