Industrial Electronics Manufacturing & Turnkey Solutions

From prototypes to full-scale production

From Design to Delivery

At FSIP Electronics, we deliver high-quality Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) that are tailored for industrial vehicles, material-handling equipment, electric vehicles, and specialty applications. With full in-house capabilities and an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, we partner with you from concept through volume production, ensuring precision, reliability, and cost-efficient execution.

Our Core Specialties

Box-Build Assemblies

We offer full system integration services such as design, sourcing, production, and construction. Assembly services include sub-level product, electromechanical, and complete product assemblies. We design custom fixtures, testing procedures, and software loading or configuration services.

Coil & Bobbin Winding

From prototyping through commercial rollout, our team fabricates precision wound coils according to your wire gauges, leveraging in-house fixtures with over 20 years of experience from our skilled manufacturing team.

Cable & Wire Harness Assembly

FSIP can work with most wire gauges to manufacture custom cable assemblies and harnesses with our wide range of crimp heads and terminal presses. We control the entire process to ensure quality and reliable manufacturing.

Metal Machining

Our multi-machine, multi-process metal machining capabilities include vertical CNC, lathes, spindle drill presses, and punch-press machines. We provide punch-press, stamped, and plated parts. We inspect all parts for precise tolerances using optical comparators.

Creating Partnerships with FSIP

We partner with you to meet your precise needs. Our engineers work with your specifications to build, enhance, and refine processes. We reverse engineer projects and define a cost optimized Bill of Materials (BOM). Our manufacturing team ensures scalability, test procedures, and quality built-in with every manufactured piece while observing and practicing IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 Manufacturing standards.
