Have your old, worn, or faulty part remanufactured by our expert team. Your part will be evaluated, remanufactured, and returned to you with FSIP Remanufacturing warranty.

Rebuilt Exchange

The purchase of an in-stock reman part with the trade-in of a rebuildable unit (core).

A Core Charge will appear on your invoice. A refund of this amount will be issued upon receipt of your rebuildable trade-in core.

Rebuilt Outright

The purchase of an in-stock remanufactured part (RX) without trading in a rebuildable unit (core). A Rebuilt Outright surcharge will appear on your invoice.

Shop online or place order with sales support (chat, email customerservice@fsip.biz, or call 800-333-1194).
Order will be processed including a Core Charge.
Customer Service will confirm your order, ship your part and provide an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form via email.
A credit for the core surcharge will be issued upon receipt of your returned rebuildable core.

RO: Rebuilt Outright

Shop online or place order with sales support (chat, email customerservice@fsip.biz, or call 800-333-1194).
Order will be processed including a Core Charge.
- For e-store orders, add "No Core Return" into the Order Notes on the payment screen.
Customer Service will confirm your order, ship window and price via email.
Payment is not processed until your Remanufactured product ships.

For an additional $30.00, Reman Extra covers up to $200.00 of travel & labor time on FSIP products remanufactured or replaced under warranty. Reman Extra is non-refundable and unavailable on battery charger products. Contact FSIP at customerservice@fsip.biz to activate.
