Remanufactured BorgWarner Controllers

FSIP has been remanufacturing Sevcon (now BorgWarner) controllers since the early 1990s. In 2012, Sevcon established FSIP as a Sevcon Certified Service Center, authorized to remanufacture and repair out-of-warranty Sevcon controllers. As of June 2012, the Sevcon aftermarket customers began benefitting from FSIP's outstanding technical competencies that meet or exceed Sevcon’s exacting standards and factory specifications. This alliance ensures fast responsiveness, great efficiency and continued high-quality service.

FSIP remanufactures Sevcon controllers that are used in electric lift trucks, electric golf cars, personnel carriers, mining vehicles, mobility aid products, and similar vehicles. These include the MOS 90, Power Pak, Micromos, Micropak, SC2000, MC & MCGT logic cards, Logic Box, accelerators and handsets. All products remanufactured by FSIP are upgraded to the latest revisions and specifications as well as load tested to maximum voltage and current ratings to ensure safe and efficient operation.
