Charging System
The 1 kW Wireless Charging System is a high-efficient (greater than 92%), contactless, fully automated battery charger. The 1 kW Wireless Charging System works with lead-acid (AGM and gel) or lithium-ion batteries and includes CAN bus control for light-duty vehicles. The 1 kW Wireless Charging System is a lightweight and compact onboard charger that is easy to operate and is quiet and reliable. These wireless chargers are perfect for charging automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), forklifts, utility vehicles, and small agriculture vehicles!
LED Indicators
The 1 kW Wireless Charging System’s primary charger and charging pad have LED indicators located on the primary box. Quickly find out if the battery is charging or if charging has completed.
1 kW Wireless Charging System
The 1 kW Wireless Charging System includes four components that can be paired together. The primary unit charges both 24- and 48-volt vehicles, while the onboard chargers specifically attach to the vehicle application it needs. You can also purchase the programming kit. These chargers are for both lead-acid and lithium batteries and can be used to charge light-duty equipment.

Physical Positioning
Misalignment is the distance the pads are offset laterally, and air gap is the distance between the pad faces.
At the charger system’s minimal output voltage, the full 1,000 W can be delivered in all combinations of gap and misalignment up to 20 mm. However, when the output voltage is above the minimal value, the gap and misalignment can have an impact on the amount of power that is delivered. The table below shows the maximum misalignment allowable for the charger to still deliver the full 1000 W when the charger system is working at maximum voltage.
