FSIP offers full systems integration services from design, sourcing, production and construction of your finished products.

Assembly services include sub-level product, electromechanical, and complete product assemblies. FSIP designs custom fixtures, testing procedures, and provides software loading or configuration services. We bring our capabilities to your project - from simple to intricate, small to large, we can manage the process for you.

Coil & Bobbin Winding

We wind it your way with your specified wire gauge. FSIP has in-house fixturing capabilities, winding equipment, and a highly skilled manufacturing team with over 20-years' experience fabricating precision wound coils. We're able to scale from design to production and from trial to commercial rollout.

Cable & Wire Harness Assembly

Equipped with a wide range of crimp heads and terminal presses, FSIP can work with most wire gauges to manufacture custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses. We control the entire production process to ensure consistent quality and reliability manufacturing to IPC-A-620 standards. We can reverse engineer your product providing schematics and bill of materials.

Metal Machining

Multi-machine, multi-process capable, FSIP procures metal material in extruded, bar, or plate form, and machines to your specifications. Additionally, we provide punch press, stamped, and plated parts. FSIP uses the latest technology in vertical CNC, spindle drill presses, lathes, and punch press machines. All products are quality & tolerance inspected using equipment like optical comparators.
