Remanufacture vs. Repair: The FSIP Difference
Remanufacturing goes beyond basic repair by thoroughly restoring equipment to like-new condition. Remanufactured OEM Parts
We have long-standing partnerships with leading electronic and vehicle manufacturers, rigorous reverse engineering processes/procedures, and
strict quality standards for each product. FSIP ensures you receive top quality remanufactured parts and products at prices far less than new — warranty included.
Remanufactured Parts (RP)
Send us your worn or faulty part, and our expert
technicians will remanufacture it and send it back to you
— fully tested and backed by FSIP’ s Remanufacturing
Warranty.
How it works:
- Contact FSIP Customer Support via chat, phone (800-333-1194), or email (customerservice@fsip.biz) to request a quote.
- Download and complete the FSIP R&R (Repair & Return) Form.
- Print the completed form and include it with your product when shipping to FSIP.
- A valid payment method must be on file before processing can begin.
Rebuilt Exchange (RX)
Get an in-stock remanufactured part quickly by trading in
your rebuildable core. Once we receive your core, we’ ll
refund the Core Charge.
How it works:
- Shop online or contact Customer Support (chat, 800-333-1194, or customerservice@fsip.biz) to place your order.
- Your invoice will include a Core Charge.
- FSIP ships your remanufactured part and emails an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form.
- Return your rebuildable core using the RMA form.
- Receive a Core Charge refund once your core is received and verified.
Rebuilt Outright (RO)
No core to return? No problem. Purchase a remanufactured
part outright — just note that a surcharge applies since no
core is being exchanged.
How it works:
- Shop online or place your order with Customer Support (chat, 800-333-1194, or customerservice@fsip.biz).
- Your invoice will include a Rebuilt Outright surcharge instead of a Core Charge.
- If ordering via the e-store, enter “No Core Return” in the Order Notes at checkout.
- FSIP will confirm your order, shipping details, and pricing by email.
- Your payment is only processed when the product ships.
